This plan includes all of the Gold package plus the following:

  • Personal account manager
  • Email updates on status of accounts
  • Professional service update to your financial representative if needed
  • Three (3) creditor calls
  • 6 months of credit bureau and creditor correspondences
  • An additional two (2) coaching calls up to 30 minutes each
  • Five (3) Collection negotiations
  • Six (6) creditor calls
  • Processing of disputes that show up AFTER retainer has started
  • Priority processing and scheduling
